Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/ Modification/ Refund Policy for Air Tickets:

1. Air tickets will be issued by third party platforms and all the airlines have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the cancellation policies in the respective airlines website.

2. Refund amount will be decided by the airlines only depending upon the airlines policy.

3. From the Airline refund amount Rs. 1000 for international flights & Rs. 750 for Domestic flights per route and per passenger will be charged as a service charge during cancellation and refund of air tickets.

4. In-case of any modification the Xscape Plan is liable to charge a certain amount as a service charge for air ticket and difference fare of the flight is applicable as live price.

5. The effective Refund amount will be refunded in 10-15 working days from the date of cancellation. (It may change sometimes if it is delayed from Airline).

Cancellation/ Modification/ Refund Policy for Hotel Booking:

1. Once International Hotels are booked it cannot be cancelled and refund will not be issued.

2. Modification for International hotel can be done with certain modification charges and it is subject to hotel approval. Difference fare is applicable for modifications.

3. Domestic hotels can be cancelled with cancellation charges. Please refer to the hotel website for cancellation policies.

4. With-in 48 hours of check-in time hotel cannot of cancelled & modification also cannot be done.

5. In-case of any upgrade of rooms done by guest in hotel. The guest needs to pay the upgradation charges which is charged by hotel.

6. In-case of NO SHOW (Guest not stayed) refund will not be issued for unused room nights.

7. Hotels cannot be cancelled or modifications will occur high charges during long weekends, important holidays days like Diwali, Pongal, Dussehra, Republic Day, Independence Day, Holi Gandhi Jayanti, Ganesh Chaturthi, Ramzan, Onam and from December 20 – January 10.

8. The effective Refund amount will be refunded in 10-15 working days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation/ Modification/ Refund Policy for Outstation Cab:

1. Cabs booked in a destination can be cancelled before 30 days of travel with free of cost.

2. Within 30 days of travel the cabs cannot be cancelled. It can be rescheduled. (It cannot be done from December 20 – January 10).

3. Cabs cannot be cancelled or modifications will occur high charges during long weekends, important holidays days like Diwali, Pongal, Dussehra, Republic Day, Independence Day, Holi Gandhi Jayanti, Ganesh Chaturthi, Ramzan, Onam and from December 20 – January 10.

4. The effective Refund amount will be refunded in 10-15 working days from the date of cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery of Service:

1. Any service which is provided by the Xscape Plan will be done only after payment.

2. Holiday package confirmation will be issued within next 24 hours to the client via email from the 50% of payment received.

3. Hotels, Cabs and other services will be provided to the client as confirmed by our team in confirmation voucher. Any oral communications will not be taken as a commitment during discussion. Only email or WhatsApp communication will be taken as a proof of communication.

4. Activity vouchers, driver details will be shared to the guest before the date of travel.
